I've heard two main complaints. First, it's too big for some handlebars. Get a used camera. Cut off a piece or two and use them as spacers to make the handlebar thicker. In addition, rubber provides a more secure grip. Second, you'll need a #25 Torx screwdriver. Yes, that's a problem. I went to Home Depot and bought a set of Husky Torx screwdrivers for just under $10 (make sure the set has a T25. You can never have too many tools. A SRAM set and bracket still costs less than an overpriced Garmin mount). .Finally I saw a reviewer who said you need a T20 size Torx screwdriver, that's wrong, you need a T25 size screwdriver Lanyard. Make sure you attach it to your Garmin and attach it to your handlebars before installing it on the SRAM mount. Just because of the insurance. I can't imagine a Garmin flying out of its mount. Better to be safe than sorry.
