Easy for our clients who are newbies at running an event, I could create several different types of events with their templates which saved time compared with creating them from scratch! The software is expensive but this was because it's so complex and difficult to understand without technical experience (we didn't have any). You can do just about anything you want in terms of planning out every tiny detail if you put enough effort into doing so yourself first by using Google searches etc., plus there will be no problems when guests arrive as they'll already know how things work around here thanks to all those google images we've seen online :) Great way to save money & give good quality service to everyone involved, even beginners like myself.
