Review on BlackBoxx by Tyler Cooley

Blackboxx provided inventory capabilities that we did not have at the time, especially the ability to view our sales information in reports. Their reporting is limited but sufficient. The interface is nice-looking, although I dislike seeing "pulse" buttons everywhere. Also, it's missing the ability to schedule recurring invoices. We had other software as part of our winery system that included inventory tracking, accounting and a CRM. Blackboxx allowed us to unify our tools while taking all of them out of our Winrock dashboard. It also had added functionality such as reports and better integration with Salesforce, so there was an easy transition from other products. I love that it's easy to use and navigate through the website. The options are endless and you can customize your site as much or little as you want. There is nothing I dislike about this software. If you're looking to get into online sales, this is one of the best platforms out there. They have helped us sell more wine and grow our business. We've been able to keep track of all the orders we receive and send emails to customers when their order ships.
