I used to be a HUGE fan of the old lemon and lime flavor (green pipe). I would take 2 every workout and it definitely kept me hydrated better than regular water. I ordered another box and was very disappointed with the rebranded "Blue Pipe" flavor. I had to verify that I didn't buy a counterfeit product. No, Nuun just decided to fix what wasn't broken. Instead of the bright refreshing taste of lime, a tart citrus taste hits the face, hanging in the mouth and enveloping the teeth. Tastes like floor cleaner. I'm sure it hydrates you in the same way, but what's the point if you get sick of the taste? Nuun would have a regular customer of mine, but now I'll look elsewhere. Now I have a new box of nasty blue pills that Revane won't let me return. I think I'll use them to prevent a hangover after a night of drinking. I'll be too drunk to tell the difference, so at least I'll justify my money.
