Review on 🔌 Enbrighten 55258: Z-Wave Plus Smart Fan Control for Alexa and Google Assistant | 3-Way Compatible with Repeater/Range Extender by Kelly Jones

I recently paired my VeraPlus with this Jasco/GE Z-Wave Smart Fan Control 14287 and Jasco/GE Z-Wave Smart Light Dimmer 14294. Vera defines these two devices as dimmable switches. Error attempting to add a device to Vera using an existing Jasco In-Wall Dimmable Switch profile. DO NOT REPEAT MY MISTAKE! Vera's existing profile is for a ZigBee device, not a Z-Wave device. If you try to use this profile, Vera will never find this switch! (trust me I spent too much time trying this before figuring out what was wrong) I successfully added this switch to Vera as a universal Z-Wave device. After a few seconds, Vera discovered the functions of the switch and I was able to turn the fan on and off and control its speed with a slider. I hope this saves someone a lot of time. Initially I was very happy with this switch. The physical switch and my smart home app seem to control fan speed just as well as my old/original manual fan switch. Will update my review if I run into any issues.
