The best thing about this software is that it not only offers basic billing but has additional features like invoicing, reporting etc for which they charge extra amount from user side. It lacks some advanced functionality but still have enough functionalities as per its price range. I would say try out the demo version of product first so you can experience all functionalities without any hidden charges. We are able improve our overall process by using these tools. I like that it is easy to use, and has all of the different modules I need to help with my billing needs. It is very easy to set up, and can be used on any platform. There are some features that are not as intuitive to navigate, but this could be improved by adding more training material. This software is great for collecting patient information, and keeping track of everything related to the billing department.
