Good: I use them to separate raw hamburgers for freezing. These things are as smooth (slippery) as possible. They remove burgers easily and cleanly. I use one sheet for the top and one sheet for the bottom of the burger. The only caveat is that you really have to watch what you're doing. I was carrying a couple of burgers on a plate to put in the freezer and a couple of burgers almost slipped off the plate as I rounded a corner. The Bad: The box didn't seem to open easily enough to pull out one sheet at a time. When I opened the box, several hundred slid out of the box and onto the counter. Driving them is as easy as catching an oiled hog in a mud pit.
