The top shelf could be stronger

I liked it until I bought a top shelf napkin dispenser. It now sinks when the bottom shelf isn't full, which is annoying because I bought a tissue dispenser to make it easier and one-handed. Needs additional reinforcement under the top shelf, not strong enough. I put the cardboard that came with the kit in the hole on the top shelf but it's bent so it's not much use.
