So from the outside it looked like a pretty cool product and depending on usage it might even be a good product. But in my case, by specifically looking for it, I could find that this one is deceptive and has a flawed design. As with many wall mount products, 4 keyhole slots are used (see attached image). But they can only use two keyhole screws apart from maybe throwing them away due to a flawed design that I don't understand that has come onto the market. It turns out that they made the design symmetrical (see picture). You cannot use all 4 keyhole slots as the slots are oriented in opposite directions meaning they cannot slide left or right (or up/down). For such a wiring scheme to work, all slots must point in the same direction. A template or size to better align the two (or hopefully four) mounting holes would also be very helpful. I don't give it a 1 because if I just leave it on the bookshelf like the one it replaced it seems to work, but that's not the point. The only reason why it is not returned is that I already have holes in the wall :(
