I was very happy to replace my UTT Load Balancing Router. I configured the GWN7000 and loaded the current firmware. I've found that dual WAN load balancing works well to tie up my two broadband connections, and if one of the WAN links fails, clients stay connected. The problem is that the voice/video transmission over the connected connection was much worse than when using only one connection. Okay, I will just reconfigure the GWN7000 for failover as the documentation says. But the documentation does not match the current firmware. arggg The current firmware only supports load balancing. This is where things go from bad to awful - when you contact Grandstream tech support. Created a user account but the account never allows me to actually open the ticket, I keep coming back to the login page. It's not a password issue, I reset my password - this feature works. This is an old issue to get support with my user account. I need a user account.
