This caliper rebuild kit worked great on my 2000 Ford E250 van. I found a good video online on how to install the kit and everything turned out just like in the video. A rebuilt caliper would have cost me quite a bit so I saved some money with this kit. I also replaced the separately purchased caliper pistons. They were also quite cheap. The outer surface of the pistons is important for a proper seal, any corrosion will cause fluid to leak through the seal, and some calipers have metal pistons that are prone to rusting due to moisture in the brake fluid. The new pistons were made of plastic, so no corrosion problems are to be expected. I figured if I tried and failed, the worst case scenario would be that I'd have to buy a rebuilt caliper and lose a few extra bucks.
