Review on 👓 HyperX Gaming Glasses - Enhancing Your Gaming Experience by Edward Perez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I've had them for several weeks now.

I waited a while for the glasses test to put them on. I've had them for a few weeks now so I'll give my opinion on them. First of all I would like to say that I have 20/20 eyesight and I don't usually wear glasses. I'm a graphic designer so I spend about 40 hours a week in front of a screen. I also enjoy playing video games so it adds more screen time. At the moment I mainly use it for work. The first two days I wore them took some time to get used to having a pair of frames on my face for 8 hours a day. After that I got used to wearing them and they didn't bother me as much. In the short time I've been using them (just a few weeks), I've noticed that my eyes aren't as dry and irritated (if at all) after work. The blue light filter seems to be working as intended. I like this pair because they don't have a yellow tint like a lot of the other "gaming" glasses I've seen. This helps when you are related to my work and need the colors to be accurate. They have a very stylish design and the hard case and protective cover that comes with the glasses is an added plus. I can carry them in my purse without worrying about scratches and use them wherever I need them. The only downside I have is that they are a bit bigger on my face and tend to slide off my nose. The frame is a one-piece piece, so there's no way to adjust the nosepiece so it stays put. A few smaller frames can help with this, but they only come in one size. I would hope that for the price they are a correct fit, but as they are sourced online rather than a physical eyewear store this is more difficult to achieve.

Pros
  • Crystal Clear Lenses: Anti-glare clear lenses deliver natural, vivid colors for the gaming experience you expect.
Cons
  • boring packaging
