Works great! At an affordable price this is a good microphone/headset. I needed a headset for my computer to take calls while working from home. I had a headset in the office and wanted something similar - USB connectivity, plug-and-play simplicity, and low cost. Both the microphone and headset work for voice chat with Zoom/MS Teams calls as well as the call center software we use to take support calls. Unlike many wireless headsets, I literally plugged this one in and was ready to go. No crazy settings or anything like that. I am very pleased!
