Really easy to install and works long distances which was one of the most important things when we were purchasing a doorbell. They are nice and simple and work well. We only had one issue but SadoTech fixed it right away. Context: We live in California and there were a handful of really stormy/windy nights in January around 70-90 mph. The wind must have ripped the top part of the doorbell button off and we could only find the pieces to one of the doorbells we had in our bushes. We reached out to SadoTech as the 90 day period to contact Ebay had ended. They got back to me within minutes of my request and did everything they could to resolve the situation. They got two new doorbells out to us within a week of my request. It was the best experience I have ever had and that is why I gave a 5 star review. Their customer experience is amazing and I would buy from them again any day.
