I'm picky about sound and I have small ears. The sound quality is excellent, they fit well, are comfortable and stay in place. I did a "listening test" to build my own sound and I heard snippets of songs I'd never heard before. Excellent balance between high, mid and low tones. Bass can be turned off in podcast mode when listening to tape books or a podcast. I tried this mode while watching a TV show and the voices sounded good. It will automatically revert to music mode when you put it in the case. The Bluetooth range is good. I can leave my phone in one room and go anywhere in my house and garage. The only complaints that are very minor, I don't like the voice that says what listening mode you're in. With an accent, I can't figure out if it's saying the noise cancellation is on or off. The instructions for the tap functions are not all correct. Example: Press once and then press and hold the right earbud for 2 seconds to skip to the next song. Actually just hold the right earbud for 2 seconds.
