I like their customer support team when you need them to solve your problems quickly if they are available or at least make sure that it gets escalated promptly so we have some recourse in case of delays from other teams! My organization has thousands upon thousand hours tracked using this software which helps us manage our employee time better than ever before as well as track billable client work times with ease (using built-in Gantt charting). Easy integration into my JIRA instance makes tracking tasks within projects very easy indeed - especially since all information related to each task is stored internally by smart admin rather than me having to keep everything around manually myself too much anymore :) The tool provides a one-stop shop for all of our Project Management, Payroll, Time Sheets and Invoices. I love that I can log in from anywhere and see the same data. I wish that the interface was more intuitive and easier to navigate. The tool is great for our small business and allows us to keep our accounting in house. I wish that the tool was more intuitive and had some additional features.
