Still get headaches from blue light if it's a long day but still very good

If Inwear my blielighy glasses with this it's probably the greatest way it works, but if it's something for only few hrs it works great alone. Its easy to put on and stays well, but having a touchscreen this honestly is the greatest protector of all because of the thickness and sturdiness. So overall if you have blue light glasses, aren't prone headaches, or u just want a good sturdy screen protector then you should deff get this!
