Review on Fincci Antipuncture Protection Electric Bicycle by Brian Cox

Revainrating 3 out of 5

High rolling resistance and heavy

Tires look good. There are no complaints about the quality. I returned them after just one ride because they were very sluggish with high rolling resistance; Feeling like I'm cycling in the sand. I tried a few different psi and road, gravel, track. I was hoping these tires would be the Swiss tire army with extra puncture protection, but for me they brake easily. I'd rather tolerate the occasional flat ride than hard sled rides. Also, these tires weigh 2 pounds each. It's heavy, but to be expected with the extra body material. For comparison, Panaracer gravel floors weigh 0.69 pounds each. I'm not a big fan of weight, but a few pounds here and there suddenly add up to more weight than you'd like. Anyway, thumbs up for quality, but thumbs down for rolling resistance and weight.

Pros
  • Fast rolling tread with high grip for faster and more comfortable driving. In addition, it offers good grip on uneven surfaces such as paved roads or sidewalks. Ideal tire replacement for road bikes with 700c wheels
Cons
  • Questionable buy for seniors
