Edit: Changed my 1 star rating to a 5 star rating. Customer service is actually very good. They replaced the screen for free like they said they would and everything is fine. They were immediately willing to send me a new screen as soon as they saw me contacting them. It took me forever to send back the torn one because I was busy and couldn't get to the UPS store. They didn't ask any questions other than my address and immediately sent a new 150" screen. very happy with these guys. Thank you very much! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Torn straight away. Just tried hanging this and I had it loose and draped , and I noticed that the black fabric had come loose from the rivets and looks like it will tear when I hang it up properly and firmly.The overall quality of the fabric is pleasant and appears to be of good quality, it's just that the build quality is not good at all unfortunately I am sending it back and will be buying another display.quite confused about this.Also this thing is quite large which I like.I would use it for the occasional movie night outside and had to use the projector quite a bit move widely to fill the canvas.I love its size,I just wish it didn't fall apart like that.There is also a rope in the edge of the black fabric e sewn in, which I also like and gives it a solid feel. Just squeeze these rivets together like a sail on a sailboat and everything will be perfect.
