Update #2 I bought this thing about 6 years ago. No replacement/no issues and it's STILL good for my games. ***FYI, it works great with Xbox Series X. Just remember to transfer your Series X/S games to your internal hard drive. The rest of my old games / 360 games play great. I like an external drive. TO UPDATE. It still works and my son loves it. I bought it when I wrote my first review. I like him. This is disc number 2 that I am buying. It's not because it sucks, it's because my son needs one for his Xbox and this thing was AWESOME. I see people complaining that it doesn't work with all USB ports, but it tells you to use the side port and leave the device on Xbox standby. I bought mine on June 22, 2014 with no problems. I recommend it to anyone looking for extra storage space. The drive is also portable, take it to your Xbox friends' houses. As long as you host your Xbox profile, you can play ALL of these digital games.
