Review on 🚪 Gotega Door Stopper, 2-Pack Kickdown Door Stop with Adjustable Height and Rubber Tip, 4-Inch Door Stops for Enhanced Stability and Convenience by Michael Lucas

I really liked the design of this doorstop when I bought and installed one of the original patented models. Unfortunately, these are cheap fakes and don't work properly. The metal is only polished where it's visible, and there are hangers and spots in the work where the lever doesn't quite seat properly, preventing proper springback and reset. I cannot use my foot to dislodge the stopper as the product appears to have the wrong tolerances in its manufacture. I'm very disappointed, the stoppers are worse than if I had ordered the base model without the folding arm. The device is also very loud in practice. I have to bend down and reattach the plug with my hands, which completely defeats its purpose. The lever does not work properly. An unpolished mechanism, causing the stopper to not open fully. - I'll come back loudly, but there will be holes in the doors. I wish I knew where to buy authentic models.
