not for USA lights. no wire I had to attach it to the ceiling truss.
The light is bright and looks good. but. No need to connect "pigtails" wires. You should get some 14 ga wire and wire nuts to have enough wires to connect to a typical catenary box. There is no wire in this block. just a place to connect the wire. Also didn't match the screw holes in my round electrical box on the ceiling. I had to use a screw in the control box and then a wood screw to attach the bracket that came with the bracket to the ceiling beam. If I had enough time, I would return the device.
