The best thing about this software is that it is very user friendly. I like that you can customize it to meet your restaurant's needs. With this product you can track your orders and customers in real-time. You can also create custom reports for different purposes. There are some features that were not fully implemented yet. For example, you cannot add a "to do" list. Also, there are minor bugs here and there, but nothing too serious. The customer support team is very helpful and quick to respond. We've started using this software for our restaurants and it has been working great so far. This software helps us keep track of everything from orders to payments.
