The best thing about this software is that it is very user friendly. I like that you can customize it to meet your restaurant's needs. With this product you can track your orders and customers in real-time. You can also create custom reports for different purposes. There are some features that were not fully implemented yet. The best thing in this software that I like most would have been its ability for me to manage my customers without them even knowing it! Their inability made their service so slow (and sometimes non-existent!) when they did reply at all. They are quite expensive too - but not necessarily worth it if you can't afford paying twice what your competitor charges; there's no way of comparing prices here.
