After many attempts to burn or format a Blu-ray RE, it wouldn't burn and repeatedly gave me bad messages. I called support, they said the drivers were most likely not updated. I checked and they were. I called them back and they want me to send it back first at their own expense for their defective product. I'm not happy with that as it takes more hassle and money than it was worth. Really dissatisfied with the defective product and a waste of time and money for tire jumps that I have to go through to get my money back. Terrible customer experience. Our family will no longer buy Memorex products. Reminds me of the days when I bought a pack of blank Memorex CDs and 40% of them ended up in the trash because they weren't recorded properly. Cheap product, cheap customer service policy. Buyers beware, do not seek help if you receive a defective product from them.
