Based on our own experience, this product is a complete failure in providing emergency substances customization .The mounting was difficult and unreliable, causing the product to come loose and fall off the wall. The only pro is that the customization options were somewhat helpful. However, this is overshadowed by the major con of the product being poorly designed and made of cheap materials, making it a complete waste of money..
