We bought this product for our son's bedroom to reduce the light in the morning. This roller blind works great and, when fully closed, ensures a pleasant twilight in the room, even when the sun is shining brightly. Wooden boards are very high quality and stylishly manufactured. The adjustment cords are strong and well made. I have two complaints about this curtain. (1) The main problem is the top bar. The metal frame is assumed to be covered with the mechanism, but it can be easily removed. According to the instructions, it should be attached to the metal frame with two small plastic clips, and in our case that doesn't work at all. He fell several times from a light touch. Now I'm afraid it might fall on my son and we just took it off and we're thinking how to solve this problem. (2) Minor issue - weight and bulkiness. I suppose that's what you have with wooden blinds: compared to traditional plastic blinds, this piece is much heavier and takes up much more space on the window when folded. But that's a compromise between cheap plastic (light and compact) and nice wood (heavy and bulky). UPD: I am changing my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. I'm really impressed with the customer support. After writing a review, I received a letter from the seller with a proposal to repair the pole (valance). They sent the clips right after I gave my address. The new clips didn't solve the problem and when I told them the problem wasn't solved they immediately sent me new skins. And it works! I think the original skin was defective but I am absolutely impressed with their support. I will definitely use the same seller in the future. All in all a great product with impressive service.
