On arrival this mop couldn't even be opened to use. The spring mechanism in the squeegee part was so tight that the first attempt to open it passed, only the cheap plastic handle used to squeeze the squeegee broke at the base. Still has the original plastic coating on a real sponge. I'm very frustrated as I've been waiting for this mop to arrive and now I can't even use it! At first I tried opening it carefully so the spring mechanism wouldn't click and hurt me, but that didn't even work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! If I could put zero or negative stars I would. Now I'm back without a mop which seems to have limited availability at this time!
