For refrigerated products, accuracy is not enough.
These units are not accurate enough to control chilled food, ideally around 37 degrees Fahrenheit. The two units I received were 3 degrees apart. So one showed the temp was under 40, the other showed it was over 40. A lower reading is closer to the correct value compared to a more accurate thermometer. They are not accurate enough to be reliable. I will return them.
