Good quality, they are metal. I paid half what I would pay for wooden handles at the big stores near my house. They sent them quickly and I received what I ordered. I had to order 2 batches because I needed about 42 pens. The installation went smoothly. I read other reviews and the only issue I had was that the drawers in my closets didn't match the adjustable screws; When I cut the 1st notch they were too long, the 2nd notch too short - easy to fix, washers behind the bolt head worked fine. Some people seem to have trouble cutting screws, I used Wiss metal snips (see picture). I threw it out right away. Cutting takes some effort, but it works. Overall I would recommend this product and the service was very good. Installed recently, there are no comments on the durability of the product.
