I appreciate that our license can be accessed from anywhere as well by both field personnel/employees in addition to office staff within our agency. It's easy to use! Easy access & reporting system which makes it very user friendly. Nothing really at this point since everything works great for us so far but we haven't run into any issues or had problems with compatibility yet either.
