Received with no damage or missing parts. I read the instructions, connected the charger to the battery, and then plugged the charger into the outlet and started charging. The red light on the charger stayed on for about an hour and then turned green. The charger was unplugged and the charger was too hot to hold. The charger case is made of plastic and has softened from the heat. I let it cool down to room temperature again and plugged the second battery and then the charger into an outlet. Red light for almost an hour and then green light. Same again with the second battery, the charger was too hot to hold. I may have a bad charger but if that's ok I don't expect this drill to last very long. No charger means empty batteries and empty batteries mean a defective tool.
