I did a lot of research before purchasing the phone and was very concerned that I would be robbed if I bought it online. Also, I've had bad luck with several third-party Revain dealers. With that in mind, I was very skeptical about the possibility of false reviews, false advertising, or a damaged product. However, for the price, it was the best deal I could find for the Galaxy Note 9 outside of a cellular plan. When I saw that the item could be returned I gave it a try. Luckily it worked. I received a fully unlocked Note 9 with a charger and instructions on how to activate it. I will say that many of the reviews I read before buying said otherwise and they were probably correct. If you buy from Revain, you'll likely see several similar listings with the same display images (which I don't think is a good sign). Even if it is a premium offer, be careful and read the descriptions. View the seller information and read the return policy for refurbished phones. It should have something about return within 2 weeks of original purchase. When there's no doubt. Also, it should be noted that anyone can put together a business name and description on Amazon and then sell used items from their basement if they wish, so take a good look at the seller's 'business reviews'. Also, the charger that came with my purchase was not an original Samsung charger. It was a cheaper branded model that charged slower in comparison. The phone itself was almost scratch free. These micro-scratches are small and only visible after very close inspection on my part. My phone's battery life was excellent! This was quite a pleasant surprise. I've been using it for a few months now and it still holds a charge like new. I can get two full days of light/moderate use on a single charge. (Light/Medium means I don't use my phone all the time during the day to watch movies, play games, or scroll through messages on social media. I may have watched short videos in class, read emails, read text messages, made short calls, etc. d) Overall the phone worked quite well and continues to do so. The last thing I want to say is that I highly recommend the Galaxy Note 9 for its value for money (as of 2019). This is a good phone for the price, although phones in general are expensive. More info on the phone's specs and relative market comparison would require another long review, so I won't drag this any further lol. Hope this helps someone, and thanks for reading!
