Bought as a second monitor. After installation, I noticed that the bottom half of the screen has an interference pattern. I connected the monitor to my laptop and used a different cable. The same problem. Obviously a problem with the monitor. I have contacted the manufacturer for a replacement and asked them to send a good one first and am more than happy to guarantee a credit card refund (I could live with the screen issue for a while) but they said they don't could do that. Processing takes 2 to 4 weeks. Exchanged directly with Revain - received a replacement 2 days later and sent the defective one yesterday. The monitor itself is fine, although it would be nice if the headphone jacks were also in front of the device and not just behind it. The monitor gets 5 stars. The disastrous replacement policy on the part of the company costs them the start.
