Review on 🔥 Airtex E8228: The Ultimate Universal In-Line Electronic Fuel Pump for Multi-Port Replacement Applications by Thomas Taylor

While the fuel pump "runs", between the frame rails I have what I can only describe as an angry hornet the size of a small cat. Absolutely the loudest fuel pump I have ever heard in my life. Correctly fitted with tie down straps but the sound of the pump drowns out even my loud exhaust and is quite embarrassing. Will replace this unit as soon as possible. My system only required about 50psi and the E8228 runs up to 125psi so it's possible the pump was having trouble restricting my fuel system. A lower rated fuel pump (Airtex) solved my noise problem.
