The remote control stopped working even after changing the battery. The flag still lights up when turned on via the switch, but I've lost full control of the sequences. I would like to know how to get a new remote control if anyone has any idea? So far, customer support is working with me and responding quickly. I will keep you posted when the issue is resolved. The seller solved my problem and now the whips work properly. I get a lot of requests for campfire light shows. It's nice to see that there are people who still care about their customers.
