Added the moisture I needed in my 100 year old rocking chair.
I have a 4th generation family rocking chair that is over 100 years old. It was drying out and none of the modern day moisturizers added much moisture to keep it from squeaking etc. My wife applied a thick layer and we just let it sit for two days and then wiped/buffed off any remaining residue. This gave the surface a pleasant shine again and reduced creaking by around 20%. So the best results so far and I hope future uses will continue to improve things.
