Simple, functional, beautiful. I really appreciate that the handles have little rubber grommets in the holes to keep water out when washing. This is my pet peeve, I hate pots with hollow handles, once water gets in it's difficult to get it out without effort and you just know it will sit there and mold. Pooh. This may be the first time I've seen an attempt to stop this and I appreciate it. So far I've only used the big one to fish fried foods like fried shrimp out of a pot of boiling oil and it works perfectly for that. I wasn't trying to lift anything heavy with it. And a lot easier to clean than my old wire and bamboo netting. No splinters, sponge will not get stuck in brass wires. 5/6
