These wood rounds look just like the picture and do come vacuum packed. I am surprised to see them additionally covered in some kind of substance that smells strongly. The substance is milky white. Resembles something waxy. It smells unpleasant. I do not feel safe using these around food or children.
- I’m using these as part of my centerpieces for my wedding!
- The size of the wood slices may be too large for some table settings, making them unusable in certain situations
