Great product if you use Dragon speech recognition software

improves speech recognition over handheld microphones. I used it for a total of 21 business days before it suddenly stopped working this afternoon. The hospital's IT team tried this product on 3 computers and couldn't get it to work. Now I'm forced to use a handheld microphone that has much lower voice recognition accuracy. How do I return this product to AAAPrice.com or the manufacturer for an exchange/repair?
