Review on πŸ–οΈ Dorman 76982 Black Window Handle: Convenient, Stylish, and Durable Solution by Leonard Herrera

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Almost like new on a 1986 Landcruiser, grab a locking pin removal tool for quick installation.

I replaced the original cranks on our Landcruiser where the crank on both front windows broke. Fits well, I bought a $6 tool from Autozone to pop out the locking pins on the grips after spending an hour trying to remove the first one with a screwdriver and pliers. This is a universal tool and should be in every auto parts store. Using this tool, I swapped out the handles on each side in about 10 seconds. Wrap your hand around the handle when removing the original pins so they don't pop out and get lost should you need them. The crank arms are a little wobbly than the original ones from the factory, but so far we haven't had any problems despite cranking a lot. and sticky windows.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Safety
