Bought before I rode a 3300 mile motorbike. I just bought a new Garmin GPS and didn't want it to fall over. It's not like this. It's way better than I thought. It holds the GPS securely and even has a notch that would hold if you didn't snap it fully into place. The only problem I had was my fault. I tried to unplug the GPS without unplugging the power cord and bent the end of the plug on the power cord. I bent it back and from that point I unhooked the wire before removing the GPS from the mount. I don't know why it says "former customer".
