So I ordered the RGB version of the fan and I'm not sure if I got it or not. There is nothing on the packaging about these fans being rgb or not. The fans are fine and there's nothing particularly impressive or boring about it. Glad I ordered three fans, all three fans arrived in the top box. The screws that came with the fans initially seemed too big for these fans. To install them, I had to put in more effort than usual to install a case fan. I just want the product to be better labeled at the top. I won't return fans because there is no RGB as the fans work fine (yet), but it's wrong to falsely advertise or not provide enough information. If you don't need RGB and want something that fits your budget, they will work just fine.
