Pros: * Item comes in a sturdy cardboard box - thick foam padding matches the amp and power supply * Choice of 4 input sources with volume control serves as a selector switch * Solid rubber feet on the bottom help keep the amp in place * Bluetooth range over 50 feet indoors with obstacles * Power button allows you to switch to standby mode without using the device turn off completely * Front LED display shows source input signal and visual volume level for each channel * In fact, the seller answers most inquiries via email: nobsound@doukaudio.com Cons: • Volume knob takes 3 full turns to go from silence to full volume to switch • some white noise at medium volume – n Not so noticeable with headphones • the manual has a chart showing the output power in watts with different power supplies (12, 21 and 24 volts), but the power supply that came with the amp is 19 volts? Nobsound customer service said any 12-24 volt power supply will do, but they don't really know how much power a 19 volt power supply will provide. The volume is acceptable when connected to a device with an amplified headphone jack, e.g. a smartphone, portable CD player, etc. NOTE: The micro connector of the supplied USB cable is slightly longer than standard micro USB connectors. Be sure to keep it as it is the only cable that will really fit if you plan to connect your amp to your computer. It is also not possible to use the USB port to connect anything other than a computer, even with the right combination of USB RCA or 3.5m adapters/cables. The only way to connect a USB audio source is to a USB port on your computer using the included cable. My Mac recognizes Nobsound as JiehiBR17.
