I have been very happy with this software over all my years in service writing letters for our insurance carriers, it's helped me get through that time much better than any other piece of technology - It allows so many things at once! The interface can seem overwhelming but if someone new would try their hands first they could learn quickly because everything was accessible from one screen/page.- Keep up your training- There are some really easy features which make tracking leads or notes super simple (and also keep them separate). If there were more options available when sending emails about account status changes such as "do not reply" etc then we'd be even happier!! Our team uses several different applications including Outlook365 & SalesforceCRMs plus an email system called Pipedrive where most correspondence happens between clients who don't use sales force systems yet still need help managing accounts.
