Didn't really work

Distributor didn't work in my truck I didn't return it because I disassembled it to try to use the spool, the gear wasn't on. Didn't even shoot myself, I don't know why I took the parts to another dealer, it worked but then he threw a card that they were faulty, I don't know, I ended up wasting my money .
