We love our new humidifier - it's easy to use and produces plenty of warm or cool mist. It holds a ton and really fills our space, we're at high altitude with very dry air and that's a godsend! When we first removed the tank, we turned it over to fill it, not realizing that the fog directional disc wasn't attached, it was simply on top of the tank. It fell and crashed - we called their customer service to order another one and they immediately offered to just send us one for free without even asking! Very friendly, highly recommended!
