Good massager for this price. It comes with five different intensity levels. The bottom three don't really help me unless I press hard on the massager. Pressing hard on the massager increases the speed and intensity on the bottom three levels, which is why this is more of a 4 star product than a 5 star. It also comes with four massage heads. So far I've mostly used round, but others seem to work well too. I have another massager that costs about $10 more than this one. My other is shaped more like a typical massage gun. I do feel that the grip gives you a little more reach when trying to get into tight spots, but it also takes some getting used to once you're used to using a regular massage gun. I generally only use massage guns on the higher tiers, and on the top two tiers I feel like this one is basically the same as my other top tier. Aside from the shape of the handles, the biggest difference I've noticed between the two massage guns I own is the noise level. I wouldn't say this one is very loud, but my other is almost silent. That means you can definitely hear it when you're using it, which could mean speaking a little louder or turning on the TV. However, I did not find the noise level to be a problem.
