My child loves to paint. His sneakers, hats, clothes and skin are covered in patterns reminiscent of superheroes and electronic music stars. I bought it so they can play with it without expecting them to become comic artists. We already have a variety of writing instruments for fabric, paper and leather so I thought this would complement the collection. so they can feel and see different effects. There's some good stuff (Pitt fine line pens, crayons) and a few nondescript stuff like HB pencils (we usually use the Palomino Blackwing and the pencil that came with it was awful in comparison) and a mechanical pencil. We've never heard of painting in blue for the first sketch, so I appreciate learning exactly that (I guess blue doesn't photograph, so no need to erase). you won't get much of that. Some remnant ideas are presented. Good for a beginner, but incomplete and probably of little value to an already experienced draftsman.
