We had some issues with W&S but they worked hard in correcting them after we brought it up at an oversight meeting! They were able solve our problems quickly which was great for us as well because things took longer than expected due their backlog issue!! The legal team there definitely understood what I needed help doing more efficiently so that's good too. The ability for our team at W&S in New York City quickly identified issues with contracts that were causing us problems when we moved offshore from India - an important consideration since there are many complex legal structures involved overseas as well (e g multiple jurisdictions). We have been able deal effectively w/the US laws while working within Indian jurisdiction by having lawyers who understand both systems work together seamlessly under one roof!
